Syed Qoyyim is experienced in socioeconomic issues following his stint as a Senior Research Analyst at DM Analytics involved in various projects and research with United Nations agencies. He also works as a tour manager handling western European trips.

Graduating from the University of Malaya with a Master in Development Studies in 2021, he also received his B.A. in Social and Political Sciences from Sciences Po Paris. He speaks Malay, English, and French fluently while currently learning Arabic and Dutch.
