Aiman is a talented and self-taught design artist. He uses design to transform organizations. He has 5 years of experience in the field of retail, F&B, hospitality, and education to design services, products, and space.

Prior to joining Avelade, Aiman is the managing director cum CEO for Al-Manar Intelek Group Sdn Bhd, an educational company that focused on quranic recitation and Islamic fundamental studies program development and human development. Aiman also founded Qowi Solution, a consultancy that helped companies connect manufacturing to new product development.

Aiman received his undergraduate education in Islamic study from the Madinah University of Saudi Arabia.
